It also looks like they fall down a bit when he's running out of the water but you can't see anything.

After he got his clothes wet Riki is forced to wear a dress at first he's not happy but later he is waking in the wood and meets a woman who talks to him. Then he's happy and starts to dance (the dress is see through and lift up, when he's jumping he has no underwear on).
