The two title characters are nude pretty much all the time. Tom (Neil Stubbs, 10) and Lola (Mélodie Collin, 10) have spent the night wandering through the hospital. They realize how late it is and race back to their bubbles before they are discovered. They race into each others arms and kiss passionately.

Pablo goes to a lake with Paco and undresses to his underwear for a swim. After he comes out from the water, he stands in front of the man, removes down his boxers and wrings the water out from it to get his attention, then lies down on his towel next to him and lies there naked for a while. Djuro is bathed by his mother. She pulls down his underwear to wash his bum. She pulls them have way down, but he holds on to them. She then slaps him.
