Xisa (Nadie) and Xiri (Eiros, 5?) together with other children listen to a story told by their father.

4 boys dig and take out a tuber (or similar).

Xisa and Xiri reunite with their father.

Xisa finally finds (with difficulty) her brother, who takes shelter among the rocks because the hyena is still lurking. However, Xisa easily manages to send the animal away.

Xisa finds the truck again, and believing that her brother is still there, she tries to reach the vehicle but the driver seems to be trying to run her over too (maybe he's just trying to scare her for fun, he doesn't know that she was also in the truck).

Xiri is still traveling and in the meantime he is chased by both the hyena and the poachers (who had noticed him when he got out of the truck). The poachers try to hit him with the truck, but he ducks in time and ends up under the truck but unharmed (the poachers probably consider him dead). However, Xiri also has to deal with the hyena, this time the attempt to intimidate It fails and he is forced to flee over some rocks.

Xiri tries to find his way home, he even has an encounter with a hyena, but Xiri easily intimidates it.

Finally the truck stops and Xiri can also get out and walk away.

Xisa is still picking fruit from the trees, but she doesn't notice a branch that ends up on her and makes her get off the truck. Xisa tries to chase the truck but obviously can't reach it, leaving Xiri alone.

A day has passed. Xisa picks fruit from the trees as the truck passes underneath.
