Boy is being bullied and forced to the floor and then undressed by other boys. They then spit on him. One boy is forced to pee on the boy lying on the floor. And then an older girl also spits on him.

Later, the boy is seen still lying down with his pants down exposing his penis, which is seen in full closeup for a few seconds before a man comes over to cover him up.
