The Boy is getting a bath while standing up in the tub early in the film.

The prostitute guardian sits down and raises her skirt, telling the boy, Joska, to get down on his knees and kiss her leg. He does so. The prostitute then reaches down, pulling his face up her leg, and then leans over the boy still kissing her leg. By the prostitute's facial expressions, it appears that the boy may be doing something other than kissing her leg.
