There is a behind the scene shooting video available for beach scene of Nina Schweser. In that three same aged boys are shown removing clothes of Nina and making her fully nude. We can see many boys and mens watch shooting this scene. Then Nina fights with boys shamelessly and boys throw sand all over her body. But this scene was not available in movie.
Moreover in original novel the girl was only 8, but director has selected a 11 year old girl to do nude scene by an unknown reason.
