She starts to move around while her friends try to catch her. After some time she turns back into a human. Embarrassed and fully naked she asks for her clothes back. Her friends in shock and awe try to get a good look at her after that they get her clothes back. We can only see her shoulders but it is implied that she in fully nude.

There was some minor controversy about a scene in the pilot of the series, in which after Alex's transformation into liquid, she reforms into human form nude (behind some boxes, no actual nudity shown.) While somewhat controversial, this scene was featured in every season 1 intro sequence.

In the scene of the pilot in which due to her shapeshifting powers Alex ended up embarrassingly nude behind some boxes, Larisa Oleynik was butt naked for real, only wearing a Towel over the portion of her body that remained obscured by the atrezzo. Given that only her head and shoulders were visible, and thus she could have remained mostly clothed without ruining the shot, it seems to have been a case of this trope. (Oleynik was 12 at the time and speaks of it as a very embarrassing experience.)

According to an interview with Oleynik, Alex's powers were tweaked so her clothes would morph along with her because Larisa was embarrassed to shoot unclothed scenes (she only did one in the pilot, in which she appears nude behind some boxes after morphing into liquid state).
