Extensive full-frontal and rear nudity of all three boys (Plamen Nakov, 10, Lachezar Yankov, 11, Kyamil Kyuchukov, 5). When the boys reach a river they undress, splash and play. The 2 eldest paddle and swim in deeper water approaching a bridge. There Aleko's hand becomes trapped in the stonework. The eldest runs off fully naked still to seek help.

A little later the eldest boy, seeking help, runs on a road, crosses fields and flags a (steam) train to a halt before leading those aboard to the bridge. He is completely naked throughout.

When Aleko is released from the bridge, he is held aloft naked as the crowd celebrate.

At the end of the film there is a stop-motion repeat of part of the first scene where the 3 boys splash, play and swim. It is blurred by water spray with brief nudity.
