Later, Åse and Øystein sneak off into the woods where they pull down their pants and kiss.

Some time later, Saga tells Ingemar that she has grown a lot and won't be able to cover her breasts much longer. When Ingemar says he hadn't noticed, she unbuttons her blouse, shows him and asks if he wants to feel them. When he declines she starts wrestling with him and tries to get him to let her see how much he has grown. He gets mad and storms out.

When some bullies throw sand at her, Sophie (Nina Schweser, 10) unabashedly strips off her swimsuit and washes off naked in the sea. Then she casually comes out of the water, wondering why everyone is staring at her.
